1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and n77ph ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all games, services, features, promotions, and content available therein.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. In the Philippines, the legal age for casino-style gambling is 21+, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of n77ph or any associated entity.

n77ph reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at our discretion after completing any required verification procedures.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming features on n77ph, you must create a single, personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information as necessary to keep it accurate. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on n77ph. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.

3.3 KYC Verification

In compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements in the Philippines, n77ph conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, Driver's License), proof of address, and additional documentation before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. n77ph will never ask for your password via any communication channel. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

n77ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, InstaPay, QR Ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Additional methods may be added or removed at our discretion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and account tier. Deposits are generally credited within minutes; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution. n77ph reserves the right to delay or refuse deposits that appear suspicious or inconsistent with normal account activity.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and review by our Finance team. 4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions on n77ph are monitored for compliance with Philippine AMLA regulations. We are obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Any detected attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure, reporting to authorities, and forfeiture of all funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

n77ph offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the sum of the deposit and bonus.
• Only real-money bets placed after the bonus is credited count toward wagering requirements. Bets placed using bonus funds may be excluded.
• n77ph reserves the right to exclude specific games or game categories from contributing to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to completing applicable wagering requirements.
• n77ph reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, change its terms, or cancel bonuses already credited in the event of suspected abuse.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the game rules shall prevail in relation to the game in question. n77ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair outcomes. The following behaviors constitute violations of our Fair Play Policy and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with games or exploit platform features.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors — any winnings derived from a malfunction are void.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, bingo, or other multi-player games.
• Arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to abuse the bonus system.
• Any form of fraud, including using stolen payment credentials or falsified identity documents.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on n77ph, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software code, and design elements, is the intellectual property of n77ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our express prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n77ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification procedures.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to our internal dispute resolution process. Should the matter remain unresolved, either party may refer the dispute to the appropriate regulatory body, including PAGCOR, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
